Booking Instructions: 

Simply select the date of your intended arrival and browse the available rooms. If you wish to make a booking, carefully select the number of nights required, the number of guests you require accommodation for and provide your contact details. A vaild credit card number, expiry date and CVV (Card Verification Value) is required. 

Credit Card Security: 

We take credit card security very seriously and card details are encrypted and password protected in a credit card security system (approved for use in the hospitality industry) until your arrival at the motel. 

No Booking Fees: 

The online booking system is secure and there are no added booking fees.

Minimum Stay Policy: 

A minimum stay of two or more consecutive nights applies during the peak tourist season and to some of the largest apartments.

Credit Card guarantees: 

Reservations require authorisation of a credit card withdrawal to secure the booking. No charge will be made against the card details unless the client fails to arrive for the booked accommodation or departs without paying for the booked accommodation or other incidentals. A valid credit card number, expiry date and CVV is required. The CVV is your Card Verification Value, a credit card security number, and is the last 3 digits on the back of most cards, or the 4 digit number on the front of an American Express Card. Payment is required prior to check-out and guests are welcome to use credit card, cash or EFTPOS to settle their account. 

Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice (2 pm 2 days prior to scheduled check in) may result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged. Failure to arrive on the specified day may result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged and cancellation of the remainder of the booking. Special conditions apply to Group quotations/reservations. 

Changes in reservation term: 

Any change in reservation term will be treated as a new booking and additional charges may apply. Any extension to a booking is subject to availability of rooms. Earlier departure than the reserved date may not result in a refund unless the motel management approve and are able to re-let the booked accommodation. 

Smoking: 

This is a smoke free complex. Please smoke outside away from open windows, doors and other guests, especially children. 

Odours: 

If the room cannot be let out due to strong odours (i.e. food odours, cigarette smoke, camphor, strong smelling ointments/aerosols etc) we will engage a specialist cleaning company. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest. 

General: 

Visitors are permitted at the management's discretion. The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. No visitors are allowed in rooms after 10pm. Any damage to the room or property may be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.

Overdue Accounts: 

All accounts are payable on departure. We reserve the right to charge overdue/recovery fees on all accounts not paid by due date.

Check-in: 

Is available from 2:00pm (14:00) on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 10:00am on the morning of departure. Early check-in and/or check-out is by prior arrangement only.

Reception Hours: 

8:00am (08:00) - 8:00pm (20:00)
