The property is ground-floor with off-street parking close to the unit. Off-street boat parking is also available. (The three bedroom unit is slightly elevated allowing great mountain views and hence has a short flight of steps).

ASURE Amber Court Motel is in a quiet location on Quintin Drive, sheltered from lake breezes and away from lakefront traffic. The motel backs onto a peaceful park setting.
Te Anau is considered the Gateway to Fiordland, and is an ideal base for those planning to visit Milford Sound, Doubtful Sound, the Te Anau Glowworm Caves or the numerous world renowned walking tracks and other local sights in Fiordland. Te Anau is the closest town to these scenic locations and the departure point for many popular trips.

After spending the day experiencing the dramatic landscapes and absolutely stunning scenery that Fiordland has to offer, you can make use of the many facilities available at ASURE Amber Court, including high-speed wireless internet, guest barbeques and out-door furniture etc.
Free, secure luggage and vehicle storage is available for guests going on overnight cruises or walking the likes of the famous Milford, Routeburn and Kepler tracks.
