Quad Bike Adventures
Start off by riding through flat and gently rolling paddocks to familiarise yourself with the bike. Even if you have never been on a motorbike, you will receive all the training you need. Experience sheep and deer farming close up.
The tour winds through Te Anau’s back country with a challenging climb to the summit of Danby Hill where the view will take your breath away. You will be able to see all the way to Lake Manapouri, up Lake Te Anau and around to the Mavora Valley. Enjoy a moment to rest and take photos.
At this stage you will be buzzing from the exhilarating ride, and the trip back down will give you a chance to put into practice all you have learned, as well as have a play around. Return either with a quiet ride across the farm paddocks or a fast dash for the more racy. |
