Milford Coach & Cruise
Experience Milford Sound at a leisurely pace. Relax as local guides share their knowledge and passion for the area. Their stories will delight and give you all the insight you could wish for.
Enjoy a wilderness tea break at a scenic location. A walk in Fiordland is a must, even if it’s only for a few hundred metres - the views are breath taking!

Because Trips & Tramps don’t have to rush you will have time to enjoy the majestic scenery, breathe the pure air and experience the natural fauna and flora with all your senses.
On reaching Milford Sound you will join a Nature Cruise for a leisurely cruise of Milford Sound to the Tasman Sea. The cruise provides excellent viewing opportunities, with plenty of time available to enjoy the waterfalls, rainforest, mountains and wildlife around the fiord.

Milford Sound Big Day Out
This premier day trip combines walking, breathtaking scenery and a boat cruise on Milford Sound. Plus select from either:
- 2 ½ hour unguided hike to Key Summit on the renowned Routeburn Great Walk, or
- Explore the secluded Hollyford Valley with your nature guide.
Groups A and B then re-unite for a tea break en-route to a 2 ½ hour Nature Cruise on Milford Sound.

Lunch
A picnic lunch can be ordered for your Un-Hurried Coach & Cruise or Big Day Out trip at $15 per person.
The picnic lunch includes a sandwhich, muffin, cheese and crackers, pastries, fresh fruit and juice.
A vegetarian option is available (please advise at the time of booking)
Add the Milford Deep Underwater Observatory, or enjoy a Milford Sound scenic flight (by helicopter or aero plane) if you wish. Extra charges apply.
Please note: there are no tours on Christmas day and adverse weather, road or track conditions may require alterations to or cancellation of tours. Trips and Tramps reserve all rights.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations 24 hours or less from departure will receive no refund.
